About the role
Stratford Roofing is a well-established roofing and building materials supplier based in Poole, serving trade customers across Bournemouth and the surrounding area.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operation.
This is a hands-on role within a small, friendly team. You'll be responsible for keeping the warehouse organised and running efficiently, while ensuring stock, deliveries and health & safety are properly managed.

What you'll be doing
Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse
Manage goods in and goods out
Load and unload delivery vehicles, including palletised and loose building materials
Organise stock and maintain accurate inventory
Carry out regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies
Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and transport companies
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Follow and maintain company health & safety procedures
Work closely with the trade sales team to ensure customers receive the right products on time
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in warehouse operations, ideally with 3+ years' experience
Confident operating a forklift
Organised, reliable and able to work independently
Comfortable working with heavy building materials
A good communicator who works well as part of a small team
Practical and hands-on, with a strong eye for safety and detail
Ideally experienced in roofing, construction or building materials
A full UK driving licence is required.
