Learning and Development Trainer- National Travel Required (flexible on base location)
You know what makes a great kitchen design, how to sell it and get a real buzz from helping others succeed.
Whether you've been supporting colleagues picking up new systems, offering advice on the ‘shop floor’, or are simply the person people look to for guidance - we’d love to hear from you if you're ready to turn your experience into a role where you can make a real impact.
We're looking for a Learning & Development Trainer to design and deliver the training that builds capability across Benchmarx. This is a hands-on, technical training role at heart, so a background in kitchen design, sales and CAD is exactly what we want to see.
What you'll be doing
Delivering ArtiCAD software training to new and existing colleagues, acting as our go-to technical expert on the system (additional training and support will be provided).
-
Designing and running engaging training, both face to face and virtual, on products, systems and processes across the business.
-
Building learning materials that people actually use: slide decks, facilitator guides, quick reference guides, activities and assessments.
-
Coaching one to one on systems, products and selling confidence, spotting skills gaps and helping teams work to a consistent, high standard.
-
Working with the commercial team to build a product training roadmap, so colleagues always have up to date knowledge on our ranges.
-
Owning the logistics end too: scheduling, comms, learning records and tracking through our Thrive Learning Management System.
What you'll bring
Experience using CAD systems, ideally ArtiCAD or similar in the kitchens market.
-
A genuine passion for coaching, training or supporting others to improve.
-
Confidence in front of an audience and the communication skills to hold a room, whether that's in person or online.
-
An eye for creating clear, engaging learning materials.
-
The resilience, organisation and can-do attitude to manage a varied national patch.
-
A willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
Nice to have, but not essential
A recognised training qualification (Level 3 Education & Training, CIPD Level 5 L&D or similar).
-
Working knowledge of Benchmarx systems and processes.
-
Experience with Learning Management Systems.
Why this role

You'll have the space to design the role and grow it as the business evolves, backed by a team that's genuinely invested in developing its people.
