About the role
We are looking for an energetic and personable Community Support Manager. This role is dedicated to building and nurturing relationships across professional networks, hosting interactive sessions, and leading thought-provoking discussions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving community engagement, expanding our professional ecosystem, and shaping conversations that highlight our role as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Community Engagement Efforts

Foster meaningful connections by bringing together professionals, thought leaders, and influencers within the fintech space.

Organise and host gatherings, both in-person at our office and virtually, to encourage knowledge-sharing, innovation, and collaboration.
Be the Voice and Face of the Brand

Serve as the company’s ambassador, engaging with the community to reflect our mission and values.

Shape our public narrative by facilitating discussions that address industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate Across the Ecosystem

Partner with external organisations, institutions, and industry groups to build a dynamic and expansive community network.

Represent our brand at industry events and roundtables, acting as a key point of contact and thought leader.
Drive Strategic Partnerships

Content Development and Storytelling
