Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities to management promptly.
- Maintain a tidy storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding politely and professionally to client requests or inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to understand instructions clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision.
- Valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between sites.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
