Basically need catering assistants to go on jobs with the chef.
This can be all over the country, sometimes more than one day.
Must be able to drive.
Must have good attention to detail when it comes to plating food.
Some jobs are short notice, within a week, so need to be flexible
Need food Hygeine
Jobs involve:
Picking up stock. Assisting chef with preparing food, travelling to venue and setting up.
clean down
its a hardworking job, but fun and cool some of the places/people you end up working for

Pay: £100.00-£200.00 per day
Licence/Certification:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
