Right at Home Salisbury & Andover is a local, quality, homecare provider who supports vulnerable adults to receive the care and companionship they need in their own home. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of care. The role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of clients, and creating a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements of a Care Assistant:
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Be able to offer availability from 7am - 10pm Monday-Friday and alternate weekends
- Commit to attending a 4-day training course
- Located within an 7-mile radius of Salisbury
- Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance

Duties will include:
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
