Overview: We are seeking a skilled CDP to join our team in preparing delicious meals in our bustling restaurant kitchen.
Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, and grills proficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a busy restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
- Weekend availability is a MUST HAVE for this role
