Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of restaurant area
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the hospitality environment.
- Barista duties will be required at a fast pace ensuring quality controls are kept.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with barista duties would be beneficial
- A friendly attitude and professional appearance are essential
