We’re now looking for a part time Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team at our four-surgery practice in Dartford.
Hours
- Tuesdays : 8:45am – 5:30pm or 11:15 - 8pm ( alternate weeks)
- Wednesday : 8:45am – 5:30pm
- Thursday : 8:45am – 5:30pm
- One Saturday a month 8:45am - 2pm
Key Responsibilities
· Welcoming patients and providing an outstanding first impression
· Coordinating patient journeys from enquiry to treatment completion
· Managing the appointment diary and handling bookings or adjustments
· Supporting clinicians by ensuring smooth communication and organisation
· Handling telephone calls, emails, and payments with professionalism
· Assisting with treatment plan discussions and patient follow-ups
· Coordinating Open days
About You
· Friendly, approachable, and highly organised
· Confident in providing excellent customer service in a busy environment
· Computer literate (experience with dental software preferred)
· Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is ideal
· Professional and proactive, with a keen eye for detail
