At Storia, we are looking for a Assistant Manager for our 100 cover Premium Italian Restaurant located in Woodford Green, London. The site offers luxurious dining that showcases the very best modern Italian menus, made entirely on-site with fresh local ingredients. Our chefs make all our food in our kitchen; each dish is prepared from scratch, whether it’s blending our sauces, rolling arancini, whisking polenta or stirring risotto. Our fresh pizza dough is made on-site and proved for at least 24 hours for maximum flavour. Excellent customer experience and a personal touch is key to everything we do.
As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations and you will be someone who can inspire, motivate, and lead our restaurant team to achieve a consistently excellent guest experience.
You’ll need to have previous experience working as an AM or Manager in similar high volume, high-quality restaurants.
