We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician (NVQ Level 3 minimum requirement) to join our team. The role involves a mix of mechanical repair, diagnostics, maintenance and installation of performance upgrades.

Key Responsibilities-
Perform routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, and mechanical repairsDiagnose faults quickly and accurately using appropriate tools and equipment.
Fit performance upgrades, including exhaust systems, suspension components, intakes, intercoolers, turbo upgrades, and more.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
Communicate clearly with colleagues regarding job progress and technical findings.
The Ideal Candidate-
- Previous experience working with VAG and/or BMW vehicles is a must.
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge.
- Comfortable working with diagnostics tools and electrical troubleshooting.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work well within a small, close-knit team.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
- Full UK driving licence.
