Overview
This is a commercially driven, hands-on role at the heart of our digital business. You'll take full ownership of our Shopify store — from storefront to checkout — and be responsible for eCommerce performance across revenue, conversion, Average Order Value and customer lifetime value.
Beyond the store, you'll own email marketing via Klaviyo, manage the trading calendar, and play a key part in launching and growing new channels — including Amazon UK and, working alongside Primofare, our Amazon US and Shopify US partner. You'll work closely with the Head of Brand Communication & eCommerce and collaborate across the business to make sure every campaign, launch and promotion lands with impact.
We're looking for someone who combines sharp commercial instincts with the ability to execute — someone who can spot an opportunity in the data, act on it quickly, and always keep the customer experience front of mind. You'll be comfortable working in a digital environment, confident picking up new tools and technologies, and genuinely curious about where eCommerce is heading next.
