As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties.

Build positive relationships with students and encourage their independence and confidence.

Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver engaging and tailored learning activities.

Support students both inside and outside the classroom.

Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Has at least 6 months of experience working with children or young people in the UK.

Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic.

Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Is passionate about supporting children with additional needs.

Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
