Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of house team member to join our team. As a Front of house, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for food, hospitality, and providing excellent service.
Duties:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area,
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
-Taking drinks and food orders and preparing items
-Serving food to customers tables
- Experience preferred but not essential
applicants must be over 18 due to the nature of the job
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
