We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a hands-on environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Develop the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and job packets.
- Assemble products in accordance with quality standards and production requirements.
- Work safely and efficiently while meeting daily production targets.
- Carry out quality checks and ensure a high standard of workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently when required.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Full training will be provided in a range of manufacturing processes, including:
- Stacking
- Coil Winding
- Component Insertion
- Electrical Connections
- Pressing
- Testing
- Assembly
- Soldering
- Understanding drawings & Standard operation procedures

Pay: £13.00-£13.20 per hour
