Lexia Education Services is recruiting passionate Youth Mentors across Wells to uplift young people through positive relationships, and emotional guidance. By delivering unique blend of intervention, through both sport and academic support, you can help re-engage students with their education and learning.

What You’ll Do
- Build trust through pastoral support and consistent mentoring.
- Engage young people through creative, practical and physical activities.

- Support individuals with SEMH and SEN needs, promoting wellbeing and growth.
Who We’re Looking For
- Empathetic, motivated individuals who want to make a difference.
- Experience with young people is beneficial — but not essential.
