Lettings Manager – Whitegates Doncaster
£30,000 basic + uncapped bonus
We’re looking for a proactive Lettings Manager to take ownership of our lettings department in Doncaster and actively grow the managed portfolio.
This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants real responsibility. You’ll be responsible for winning new landlord instructions through market appraisals and business development, while also overseeing and hands-on managing the existing portfolio with the support of the team.
The role
- Source and win new landlord instructions through proactive business development and strong market appraisals
- Grow the managed portfolio
- Lead the lettings team and maintain high standards of service
- Hands-on management of the existing book (tenancies, compliance, check-ins/outs, landlord & tenant communication)
- Drive results while delivering excellent customer service
You’ll have team support, but this is very much a role for someone who enjoys ownership and wants their performance to directly influence their earnings.

You’ll need solid lettings experience, confidence in winning new business, good knowledge of the lettings process, a full UK driving licence and your own car. Experience of managing HMOs would be a distinct advantage. Most importantly, you need to be proactive, organised and results-driven.
The package
- £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped bonus – strong performers can significantly increase their earnings as the portfolio grows
- 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service

- Full training and ongoing support
Hours: Monday–Friday with a rotational Saturday (1 in 3). Some flexibility available.
