We are a not-for-profit specialist neurological facility supporting adults with both neurological and complex physical disabilities. Our ambition is to be a leading centre of excellence, combining both specialist expertise with genuinely compassionate, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Therapy Assistant, you will support our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech & Language Therapists in delivering specialised, high-quality therapy to residents with complex neurological conditions.
You’ll work under the guidance and supervision of qualified Therapists, playing an important role in helping individuals achieve their tailored rehabilitation goals, maximise their independence and participate fully in activities that support their wellbeing and quality of life.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, holistic and person-centred care.
- The ability to work collaboratively with therapists, nursing colleagues, residents, families and carers.
- A caring and professional approach, with respect for residents' dignity, independence and individual needs.
- Good observational skills and the ability to recognise and report changes or concerns promptly.
- The ability to maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- An understanding of the importance of health and safety, infection prevention and control and safe working practices.
- The willingness to undertake and maintain mandatory training, role-specific competencies and continuing professional development.
- The ability to safely use specialist equipment following appropriate training, including moving and positioning equipment.
- A flexible approach and willingness to support the changing needs of the Therapy Department and Centre.
