Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional, restaurant-quality meals.
- Preparing fresh, seasonal dishes to the highest standards.
- Assisting with menu planning, special dietary requirements and texture-modified meals.
- Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene, health & safety and kitchen compliance.
- Helping to train and develop junior members of the team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Passion for producing high-quality fresh food.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
- Care home experience is welcomed but not essential—attitude and quality are what matter most.
