Working as part of a team to powder coat a variety of metal materials with manual and automated spraying booth in batch sizes from 1 to 1000, to a high quality finish, maximising plant efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining high quality standards at all times for standard and bespoke products
- Active contribution in maximising plant efficiency
- Proactive communication with supervisors, managers and Quality Control regarding production, quality and H&S issues.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Maintaining H&S standards following instructions and wearing of appropriate PPE
General Requirements
- Previous experience of working on a busy paint production line
- Regular quality checks including visual and taking measurements
- Completing paperwork
Qualifications/Courses/Experience
Previous experience obtained in a manufacturing environment
