Overview
We are seeking a creative, highly organised, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support Tusk’s fundraising and events, both print and digital. The role will help bring the charity’s refreshed brand identity to life, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints and initiatives. Working closely with the fundraising, communications, and wider Tusk departments, the Graphic Designer will work as part of a small, close-knit team.
The successful candidate will combine strong visual design skills with the ability to produce engaging creative assets across digital, print, and event-related channels. They will possess a strong understanding of brand management and be passionate about creating compelling visual content. They will also need to be self-motivated and confident of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards. This role would suit a mid-level designer looking to take ownership of a broad range of creative projects while helping implement a newly refreshed organisational brand.
The part-time (3 days per week) role will provide maternity cover for the Design & Brand Manager, with the potential for it to become a permanent position following the initial 9-month contract.
Following initial onboarding, some working from home will be possible, although the role will require a minimum of two days per week in Tusk's Wiltshire office.
