Position Scope:
To assist in the service of a high-quality food & beverage product to customers. To assist in the development of Food & Beverage products and Services across the resort. To answer guests' requests and resolve guests' problems.

To manage cultural needs and expectations of all guests.

To ensure a timely delivery of all guests’ orders.

To ensure a thorough knowledge of all products both food and beverage within your department.

Upselling and the identification of additional revenue opportunities.

Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless transfer of information takes place.

Any other reasonable task requested by your manager
Qualification Standards

Eligibility to live and work in the UK

Ability to communicate freely in the local language

Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Good attention to detail and accuracy

A team player, contributing positively to team performance

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload

Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest

Previous, similar experience in 4 – 5 Star environment preferred
