Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitress/Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve drinks and meals in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties when required
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques and guest service standards
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations is desirable
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales
- Good organisational skills to maintain a clean and tidy workspace
- Friendly, approachable manner with strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
