As we continue to expand our operations across the UK, we are looking for a proactive, organised and hands on National Facilities & Building Manager to play a key role in shaping and strengthening our facilities function.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys variety, and wants to make a real impact within a growing organisation.
Reporting directly to the Head of Facilities, you will take ownership of multi-site facilities management, compliance, contractor performance, and service charge oversight across our expanding national portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of multi-site Facilities Management (Hard & Soft Services)
- Plan and oversee building maintenance, PPM schedules, reactive repairs, and minor capital works
- Manage third-party site teams and contractors to ensure SLA performance
- Ensure full compliance with UK building regulations, H&S legislation, and company standards
- Support management and monitoring of FM service charge budgets
- Oversee and develop the in-house Facilities Helpdesk, ensuring performance and efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Manage supplier procurement, relationships, and contract performance
- Support emergency planning and business continuity processes
- Drive continuous improvement across facilities operations nationally
- Develop and monitor SLAs for contractors and service charge obligations
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in Facilities or Building Management (multi-site preferred)
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualified (or working towards IWFM or similar accreditation)
- Knowledgeable in compliance, H&S legislation, PPM and building maintenance
- Experienced in service charge budgeting and FM financial processes
- Confident managing helpdesk systems and CAFM platforms
- Highly organised, proactive, and solution focused
- A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- IT proficient with CAFM and cloud based systems
- Flexible and willing to travel nationally
- In possession of a full UK driving licence
