Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by restocking supplies, disinfecting fixtures, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Clear trash bins and dispose of waste properly throughout the facility
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine
- Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures is a plus
