The Archer Project is recruiting a Progression Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults experiencing multiple disadvantages.
You will help individuals identify and achieve their goals through structured support, volunteering opportunities, meaningful activities, and partnership working with other agencies.
Duties Include
- One-to-one support and case management
- Goal setting and action planning
- Multi-agency collaboration
- Safeguarding and risk management
- Volunteer support and coordination
- Facilitating activities and engagement opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting outcomes
Essential Requirements
- Experience working in a similar support role
- Experience supporting people facing multiple disadvantages
- Understanding of safeguarding principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries
