Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Breakfast Waiter or Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operation of the dining experience. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated.
- Serve breakfast dishes promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Provide attentive guest service, addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times, including proper handling and storage of food items.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
- Clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area throughout service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or similar roles is desirable but not essential; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are important.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
