Position: Estate Agency Branch Manager
Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary | £60,000+ OTE (Uncapped) + Company Car or £4,000 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Role Overview
We are a highly respected, market-leading estate agency group looking to recruit an ambitious Branch Manager. Offering a £30,000 basic salary with realistic earnings of £60,000+ OTE, this role is designed for a proven property professional ready to take full ownership of a branch and operate it like their own business.
You will lead, mentor, and inspire our branch team, drive listings and sales conversions, and build a dominant market presence in the local area while benefiting from uncapped earning potential and exceptional career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Leadership: Take full responsibility for branch growth, profitability, and operational performance.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop your team to consistently hit and exceed performance targets.
- Valuations & Listings: Conduct property valuations, secure instructions, and support vendors through to completion.
- Market Expertise: Build strong local market authority and brand presence across the community.
- Service Delivery: Maintain high standards of customer service and build long-term relationships with buyers and sellers.

- Licence: Full UK driving licence.
