Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic F&B Supervisor to lead our food and beverage team. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations in our restaurant or hospitality setting, ensuring that every guest enjoys top-notch service and delicious food. Duties
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and serving processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage daily restaurant or bar operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee food safety protocols and hygiene practices to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Support the team in food presentation and ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality service, responding promptly to guest inquiries or special requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings based on feedback.
Experience
- Proven management or supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Strong background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques.
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting with diverse responsibilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with barista skills or bar service experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen environments that involve supervising teams and managing operations.
