We’re searching for a hands-on and inspiring Bar Manager to lead the operation across 20 hours per week, overseeing service standards, beverage presentation, member events, and team coordination. You’ll have the chance to curate a refined wine and luxury beverage offering, host elegant social occasions, and create a warm, polished environment that reflects the exclusivity and character of a private members club. Whether it’s sophisticated evening drinks, private functions, or seasonal tasting experiences, you’ll help turn every visit into something memorable.
You’ll work closely with the hospitality and residence teams to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining excellent stock control, compliance, and operational standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong wine and luxury beverage knowledge, natural leadership skills, and a passion for delivering polished yet personable hospitality.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior Supervisor
· Strong wine and luxury beverage knowledge
- A confident and engaging leadership style
- Experience delivering high-end customer service
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
