Self-Employed Housekeeper Wanted – Glasgow & Surrounding Area
BnbHost is looking for reliable, detail-oriented self-employed housekeepers to join our growing team, cleaning and maintaining our portfolio of short-term rental properties across Glasgow and the surrounding area.

About the Role
As a self-employed housekeeper working with BnbHost, you'll be responsible for turning around our short-term rental properties between guest stays, ensuring every home is spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready.
Key responsibilities:
- Full cleaning and turnover of properties between check-out and check-in (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
- Changing and laundering bed linen and towels (or coordinating with our laundry service, where applicable)
- Restocking guest essentials (toiletries, tea/coffee, toilet roll, etc.)
- Checking properties for damage, missing items, or maintenance issues and reporting these promptly
- Basic tidying and staging to guest-ready standard, following our checklist
- Flagging any repairs or urgent issues to the BnbHost team
- Occasionally supporting with linen delivery/collection or light property maintenance tasks
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality experience (holiday lets or hotel experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, checklists, and photo confirmations
- Own transport preferred, given properties are spread across Glasgow and surrounding areas
- Able to provide proof of self-employed status (UTR number) or willingness to register
- Flexibility to cover same-day turnovers, including weekends, as guest check-in/check-out times require
- Own vehicle is required

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
