Staff Playbook is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team as we continue to build one of the UK's newest technology platforms for the promotional, events and experiential staffing industry.
As part of Feet On The Street Co, an established field marketing agency with over eight years of industry experience, Staff Playbook has been created to revolutionise the way brands and agencies discover and recruit high-quality talent.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the beginning of our journey and play a key role in growing our nationwide talent community.
About the Role
Working from our Chadwell Heath office, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting and onboarding exceptional talent to the Staff Playbook platform.
You'll work closely with our Founder and Operations Director, helping to ensure every new member meets our high standards while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
No two days are the same, and you'll be given the opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape the future of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage new candidates across multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Review profiles to ensure platform quality standards are met.
- Contact applicants from job boards and social media campaigns.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our recruitment systems.
- Support recruitment campaigns for promotional, retail, field sales and event roles.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing talent.
- Help grow the Staff Playbook community across the UK.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment journey.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with candidates over the phone and by email.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive and professional attitude.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
- A genuine passion for people and recruitment.

Working Hours
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: £14.00 per hour + commission
