Overview:
As Screwfix continues to grow, so does our network of suppliers. That's why we're transforming the way we bring new suppliers into the business, creating a faster, more connected onboarding experience that sets every partnership up for long-term success.
As our Supplier Onboarding & Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in making that happen. You'll become the trusted link between Screwfix and our suppliers, leading the end-to-end onboarding journey while building lasting relationships that continue well beyond launch. Working across Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Finance, Product Data, Digital and more, you'll bring teams together, remove barriers and keep everything moving to ensure suppliers are ready to launch successfully and at pace.
This is more than an onboarding role. It's an opportunity to shape how we work with our suppliers, driving continuous improvement, simplifying complex processes and creating an outstanding supplier experience that supports the future growth of Screwfix.
If you enjoy building relationships, influencing across multiple stakeholders and making a real commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.
