Clayton Brook Dental is a long-established, independent, family-run dental practice with stable ownership since 2009. We are a friendly two-surgery mixed practice with a well-maintained patient base of approximately 3,000 patients, many of whom are families and children.
We are seeking a reliable, patient-focused Associate Dentist looking for a long-term, part/full-time position in a calm and supportive working environment.
The Role
- Part/Full-time, permanent position
- Approximately 3-4 days per week (flexible for the right candidate)
- Established NHS list available (approx. 3,500 UDAs)
- Workload is predominantly routine exams and restorative dentistry
- Realistic daily targets with no pressure to rush or overbook

- Sensible diary structure with predictable appointment lengths
- Focus on continuity of care rather than volume dentistry
