Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pallet Repairer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and refurbishing pallets to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities
Above average pay of 50p per pallet.
- Repair and refurbish damaged pallets using various hand and power tools
- Conduct inspections to identify structural issues or defects in pallets
- Replace broken or missing components such as boards, blocks.
- Operate machinery related to pallet assembly and repair processes
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficience
- Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations and quality standards
Experience
- Proven experience in pallet repair or similar warehouse/fabrication roles
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery
- Previous experience is essential
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 25kg) and work on your feet for extended periods.
Pay: £24,420.00-£49,417.81 per year
