Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels including digital platforms, print media, and events
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Experience in driving sales through various channels including direct client engagement and digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with MS Office suite, and other relevant software
