A beautiful and historic country pub that nestles between the Oxford Canal and the now defunct Aynho for Deddington Station this hugely popular gastro pub is renowned for its excellent food, fine cask ales and relaxed atmosphere, boasting four sumptuously appointed rooms its a great place to stay if you’re visiting Bicester Village, Silverstone or even Blenheim Palace.
The Great Western Arms is also part of Duval Inns who is a small pub company Oxfordshire based.
We’re looking for a Full Time Sous Chef to join our team at The GWA, Oxfordshire.

CRITERIA
· Able to Lead the team to provide an amazing experience to all our customers and understanding the key role you play in providing an excellent guest experience
· Able to prepare, cook and present exceptional gastro food showing a great eye to detail
· Consistently working to ensure our guests and team are safe
· Able to deliver and maintain an efficient kitchen operation to aid success
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Great communication skills
· Reliable and able to demonstrate a level of flexibility to meet the requirements of the team
· 2-3 years chef experience is vital but we will look at all CV’s as there are other roles available.
· Will need to be influential to bring new ideas to the menu.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
