About the Role
RGW Plant Limited is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to support our groundworks and civil engineering operations across South Wales. This is a field-based role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of plant machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine servicing and maintenance of plant machinery (excavators, dumpers, rollers)
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs
- Completing job sheets and ensuring accurate documentation
- Supporting operational efficiency across the fleet
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (or relevant experience)
- Proven experience in a similar mobile plant fitter role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS card (desirable but not essential)
