One night you're running the bar at a wedding, the next you're leading the floor through a bottomless brunch sitting, and the one after that you're behind the taps in our classic Irish pub with a match on the big screen. Sefton Collection is an independent group of hotels, apartments, bars and venues across Liverpool — including Mason's, home of the city's favourite bottomless brunch, Dicey Reilly's, our proper Irish sports bar, and Clubhouse & Baby Clubhouse, our private hire and events spaces. As Bar Supervisor, you won't be tied to one site — you'll move across our venues depending on what's on, which means real variety, and real opportunity to build experience fast.
What you'll be doing
- Running the bar floor on shift — from a buzzing Saturday bottomless brunch to a wedding reception to a Champions League night
- Leading and motivating your team in the moment, keeping standards high whatever the event
- Working alongside 2 other supervisors as part of a small, close management team
- Reporting into our Operations Manager, with real input into how each shift runs
- Being the person the team — and the guests — can rely on when it gets busy
What we're looking for
- Bar supervisory or strong senior bar staff experience — you know how to run a shift, not just work one
- Someone who thrives on variety and doesn't need everything mapped out in advance
- A natural leader who brings energy to a small team, not just orders
- Flexibility to work across different venues and event types, including evenings and weekends
- Genuinely good with people — guests and team alike
