Barista
We’re looking for someone to join our team as a barista.
To be honest, we’re not overly concerned with polished CVs or long lists of qualifications. We’d rather find someone who is genuine, friendly, and enjoys being around people.
The right person will be naturally chatty, have a positive attitude, and genuinely enjoy making customers feel welcome. Coffee experience is a bonus, but it’s not everything. If you’ve worked as a barista before, great. If not, we’re happy to teach someone who has the right personality and a real interest in speciality coffee.

What you’ll be doing:
- Making coffees and other drinks to a high standard.
- Serving customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keeping the coffee bar clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Learning about coffee, brewing, and our products.
- Helping wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly.

Pay: £12.71-£13.21 per hour
