Site Manager – Knowsley
Location: Knowsley
Project: Amazon Fit-Out
Duration: 10 weeks initially, with continuation on another site
Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
Start: ASAP
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an established team working on an Amazon fit-out project in Knowsley.
The current project has approximately 10 weeks remaining, with the opportunity for ongoing work on a further site upon completion.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations across the fit-out project
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards
- Monitor progress and report back to the Project Manager
- Manage site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and programme requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial/industrial fit-out projects
- Previous experience working on Amazon or similar large-scale projects would be highly advantageous
- Strong subcontractor and site management skills
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
This is an immediate requirement, with 10 weeks remaining on the current project and the potential for continued work on another site afterwards.
