Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge within a well-established care provider?
We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Registered Manager to lead a large residential care home in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful service with a strong reputation, good occupancy levels, and a positive regulatory history.
As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, team engagement, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible and effective leadership to the home and wider management team.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care for all residents.
- Maintain and further develop regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Drive occupancy, reputation, and community engagement within the local area.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage budgets, resources, and overall operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
About You
- Experienced Registered Manager within elderly residential or nursing care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care home compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care and resident outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
