Duties
- Provide expert cutting and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Perform barbering services such as beard trimming, shaving, and classic haircutting techniques
- Engage with clients through friendly, clear communication to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, high-quality service that encourages repeat visits
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and barbering to ensure innovative service offerings
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service within a salon or barbershop setting
- Skilled in barbering, and related grooming techniques
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to personal grooming services
- A genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering preferred but not mandatory for all regions
