Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a courteous manner, ensuring presentation standards are maintained
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Clear tables and ensure the dining area remains clean and organised throughout service
- Support baristas with drink preparation when required, including coffee making and bar service
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including catering options, to provide informed recommendations
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, adhering to food safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is preferred; barista experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include weekends and evenings as required
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Basic food preparation skills are desirable but not essential; willingness to learn is important
