We’re looking for a confident and experienced Duty Manager to join the team at the Craigmonie Hotel in Inverness.
As Duty Manager, you’ll take responsibility for leading the hotel during your shift, ensuring our guests receive a great experience while supporting and managing the team across all areas of the hotel. A good knowledge of all hotel departments would be ideal, along with a hands-on, positive approach to getting things done.
The role will be predominantly 3pm–11pm shifts, with the occasional 7am–3pm shift to support the needs of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the team during your shift
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel
- Cashing up and completing end-of-shift procedures
- Supporting and maintaining high standards across all hotel departments
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and following hotel procedures
- Dealing confidently with guest queries and resolving any issues that arise
