We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Precast Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our precast concrete pile and beam manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring quality standards, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all factory operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor precast manufacturing activities.
- Manage supervisors and the production teams to maximise performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Monitor production costs, labour utilisation, and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for plant and equipment to minimise downtime.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement activities to control costs, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure timely supply of materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
Essential
- Proven experience in precast concrete manufacturing.
- Previous experience in a Factory Manager, Production Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of precast production processes, moulds, reinforcement, and concrete technologies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO standards.
