Balance Me is a British, privately owned, award-winning and fast-growing natural skincare brand. We're on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to help bring our award-winning products to market, efficiently and at scale.
The Role
You'll take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain — from production and freight through to warehouse operations and wholesale order processing. You'll be the key link between our third-party factories, suppliers, and internal teams, making sure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. You'll also line-manage our Customer Care Lead and get involved in exciting new projects as we grow.

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in a similar supply chain or purchasing role

Highly numerate, with strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Unleashed experience a strong advantage)

Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail

Confident communicator, proactive, and results-driven

A genuine team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Experience in Beauty or FMCG is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Production

Own stock set-up, control, and demand forecasting, including managing packaging changes

Source and place production purchase orders, organise freight, and receipt stock

Manage relationships with third-party factories, warehouses, and packaging suppliers as key point of contact

Lead on QC and issue resolution, staying current on product claims and legal requirements
Sales & Customer Operations

Manage the Customer Care Lead on goods-out, customer service, and performance against agreed KPIs

Drive efficiencies in our order management systems and processes

Oversee our third-party warehouse relationship, identifying and delivering efficiencies
Strategic & Cross-Functional

Provide regular performance reporting (via Unleashed and Excel) to inform future strategy

Take ownership of critical path management, driving end-to-end supply chain efficiency, reduced lead times, and lower costs

Keep the wider team informed on stock levels and delivery status at all times

Collaborate across the business to ensure operational requests are handled quickly and efficiently
