What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Sales Excellence
- Deliver high value, consultative retail sales (average order value: £3.5k+)
- Guide customers through their buying journey
- Represent the brand across showroom, phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels
- Proactive selling to our live customer enquiries
- Our showroom is open seven days a week, so weekend working is expected as part of a fair, rotating shift pattern
Own the CRM Agenda
- Drive daily CRM engagement for your leads, cross referencing outreach efforts with your team
- Ensure tasks, follow-ups, and sales activities are aligned and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in consultative sales — ideally with retailer, trade or interiors exposure
- CRM confidence — with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
- Organised and proactive — able to manage your time and wider team action
- A natural relationship builder — warm, thoughtful, and highly communicative
- Calm under pressure — able to manage multiple tasks and channels simultaneously
