Job Title: Shop Supervisor
Salary Anually: £31,500
hours Weekly: 37.50
Shop Supervisor is a key person who shadows the manager to maintain high shop standards by working with team and ensuring our customers have the best experience for loyalty. Shop Supervisor works closely with manager and is always prepared to cover for manager absence, a summary of roles and responsibilities is as following.
Leading the team to deliver excellent customer service
To maintain branch clean/tidy and in an organised manner
Customers are treated well and information is provided about products
Providing feedback to management on staff performance and identify training/coaching opportunities and make arrangements for those needs to be fulfilled
Replenishing stock/deliveries and promotions
Conducting regular date checks, reducing short dated stock and removing into waste any out of date items.
Making sure current promotion posters, marketing material and banners are displayed as promotion guide for the correct period
Making sure staff work safely
Minimising the waste by using stock rotation and placing on offers
Regular and weekly stock counts, price checks are conducted to prevent losses and keeping inventory in correct state
Ensuring all machines are regularly cleaned
Ensuring all new team members are trained and developed to learn new skills to assist in customer service
Supervisor tasks, delivery checks are completed to keep record for food safety

Pay: £31,500.00 per year
