Summary
We are seeking a Site Manager to join our dynamic team at Ascona Retail Ltd. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our petrol forecourts, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our growth initiatives and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of petrol forecourt sites to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance team effectiveness.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of site development projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in site management or a similar role within the retail or fuel industry.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.
